About
Jessica Plancich, M.A., MFT
Inspired by the tenacity of the human spirit, Jessica began her journey as a helper and healer early in life. As a licensed marriage family therapist with a background in clinical psychology, she studied the pathologies, diseases and disorders of the mind and discovered the limitations of the sole treatment of the psyche. Through witnessing the hardship that many of her loved ones (both human and animal) endured, she was exposed to energetic healing and alternative therapies that integrated a holistic approach to wellness.
In her quest for further understanding of these principles, she studied Reiki, circulatory massage, nutrition and most recently, yoga teacher training in Coonoor, India and began to use them in her own wellness regimen. Passionate about delivering this wisdom to others, she began a private practice to coach, support and educate others about holistic wellness. She uses a combination of movement, breath work, somatic insight, meditation and talk therapy for a complete and integrated approach to healing.
Jessica is especially dedicated to empowering youth to activate their potential and give them the skills and support to direct their energy in supportive and healthy ways. She has been a director and supervisor in local community mental health centers and is a writer and co-owner of Average Guy Inc., a project dedicated to coaching men to become exceptional. She has operated a thriving private practice in the South Bay for the past 8 years, has taught at local adult schools and wellness centers and facilitated workshops and women's retreats.

"You have truly helped me to begin my "evolution" by guiding me through the process of learning about myself and why I have some of the thought patterns and behaviors that I do. You lead by example, and as a result, I am becoming more and more present every day. Whenever I leave your office, I feel energized and renewed, ready to practice the things we've talked about. I enjoy the challenge of making small changes in my life that help me feel more like "myself". As a result of working with you, I feel more calm, happy, and grateful about my life now and in the future.Thank you for holding a loving space for me, even when I couldn't do it for myself. With your support, it is easier to see myself as a person who deserves love." - Katie

"I have long been on a quest to find the answers to my life and thought I could find them in a book store, live lecture, or a You Tube Video. But upon meeting you, what you have shown me has been the most valuable tool of them all... how to tap into my self, my higher heart and to access my inner divinity where the answers really lie. As I stand now, I feel centered, with clarity and focus to my life purpose.. I have examined and stripped away a lot of old belief patterns and have made space to invite the fresh and new possibilities. Now I know when I quietly listen (eternally) I can tap within and feel the wisdom and guidance." - Jason
